Athletic Bilbao have reportedly lodged a bid for Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta.
The La Liga side have offered €20m (£18m) for the 28-year-old's signature, according to El Gol Digital.
The report suggests that Azpilicueta is keen to return to his homeland after spending six years with the Blues and would be open to the move.
Chelsea, meanwhile, will reportedly allow him to leave if they secure the services of Joao Miranda from Inter Milan.
Azpilicueta has made almost 200 appearances for Chelsea since joining them from Marseille in 2012.
