Report: Everton to sign Ramiro Funes Mori, Andriy Yarmolenko

Everton are reportedly close to signing River Plate defender Ramiro Funes Mori and Dynamo Kiev forward Andriy Yarmolenko for a combined £24m fee.

Everton are reportedly close to signing Ramiro Funes Mori and Andriy Yarmolenko for a combined fee of £24m.

River Plate defender Funes Mori has one cap for Argentina, while Dynamo Kiev winger Yarmolenko has scored 19 goals in 49 appearances for Ukraine.

The Daily Star reports that Everton will pay £18m for 25-year-old Yarmolenko, while 24-year-old Funes Mori will cost the Toffees £6m.

Everton are currently in the process of applying for a work permit for the Argentinian centre-back, according to the report.

The Blues will take on Manchester City at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.
