Serie A leaders Juventus score twice in the final 11 minutes at the Allianz Stadium to earn a 3-1 win over AC Milan.

Juventus have defeated AC Milan 3-1 at the Allianz Stadium to return to winning ways and remain out in front at the top of Serie A.

Leonardo Bonucci scored against his former club to cancel out Paulo Dybala's early opener - the first league goal Juve have shipped in 2018 - but goals from Juan Cuadrado and Sami Khedira in the final 11 minutes earned the hosts all three points.

After seeing their 12 match-winning run come to an end with their goalless draw at SPAL prior to the international break, Juve have now restored a four-point cushion on Napoli in second place.

Napoli's surprise 1-1 draw with Sassuolo opened the door for the defending champions to pounce, and they did exactly that as Dybala smashed the ball into the bottom corner soon after Gianluigi Donnarumma kept out Gonzalo Higuain's drive.

Suso then tested Gianluigi Buffon at the other end and Andre Silva missed a headed chance from seven yards as Milan attempted to maintain their own unbeaten run, which had spanned 10 matches prior to this defeat.

A headed equaliser from Bonucci, who was booed throughout by home fans, changed the complexion of the game and the Rossoneri could well have had a second as Hakan Calhanoglu fired the ball against the crossbar.

Buffon was also needed to keep out Suso from the follow-up attempt, though it would be Juve left celebrating thanks to Cuadrado and Khedira.

On his first appearance since the turn of the year, Cuadrado converted from a diving header after being left unmarked in the box, before Khedira settled things with a low finish into the bottom corner.

JUVENTUS (3-5-2): Buffon; Barzagli, Benatia, Chiellini; Lichtsteiner (Douglas Costa 46'), Khedira, Pjanic (Bentancur 76'), Matuidi (Cuadrado 60'), Asamoah; Dybala, Higuain

AC MILAN (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Calabria, Bonucci, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Kessie, Biglia (Montolivo 76'), Bonaventura; Suso, Andre Silva (Kalinic 65'), Calhanoglu (Cutrone 80')
