Lussey, who represents the Reds' Under-21s, has moved to Championship side Bolton Wanderers to play under manager Neil Lennon for the rest of the season.
Academy player Stewart has made the switch to League Two outfit Burton Albion on a one-month loan agreement.
The full-back will be joined by teammate Dunn, who has moved to Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's side on a youth loan.
