Manchester City are reportedly considering a move for Lille centre-back Sven Botman.
The 21-year-old only joined Lille from Ajax last July, penning a five-year deal with the Ligue 1 club, and he made 47 appearances in all competitions during his side's title-winning 2020-21 campaign.
There has been a host of speculation surrounding the Dutchman's future in recent weeks, though, with Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur all said to be admirers.
According to L'Equipe, there is also interest from Man City, who have been alerted to the defender's availability during this summer's transfer window.
The report claims that West Ham United and Newcastle United are also in the running, but Lille are believed to want €50m (£42.7m) for his services in the current market.
Man City also continue to be linked with Jack Grealish and Harry Kane, but the club will allegedly be unable to sign the latter if they complete a £100m deal for the Aston Villa captain.
