Report: Danny Welbeck fit to face Manchester United

Danny Welbeck is reportedly fit to play for Arsenal in their Premier League clash with Manchester United at the weekend.

Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck will reportedly be fit to face his former club Manchester United this weekend.

The 24-year-old has not played since the Gunners shared a goalless draw with Chelsea last month due to a knee problem.

However, according to The Express, he has returned to full training and his manager Arsene Wenger believes that he will be fine to make an appearance at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

Welbeck scored the winning goal in Arsenal's 2-1 victory over United in their FA Cup quarter-final tie in March.
