Fernando Torres will join either MLS club Chicago Fire or Japanese outfit Sagan Tosu this summer, according to a report.

Fernando Torres will reportedly join either MLS club Chicago Fire or Japanese outfit Sagan Tosu this summer.

The 34-year-old is currently available on a free transfer having left Atletico Madrid.

A number of clubs have been linked with a move for the former Spain international, who has represented Atletico, Liverpool, Chelsea and AC Milan during a successful playing career.

However, according to Marca, Torres has narrowed his options down to Chicago Fire and Sagan Tosu, and the experienced striker will soon make a decision when it comes to his future.

Torres scored 10 times in 45 appearances for Atletico during the 2017-18 campaign, and appeared in 27 of his team's 38 league matches last term.
