Dani Alves, Javier Mascherano and Claudio Bravo have all been left out of the Barcelona squad for tonight's Copa del Rey semi-final first-leg clash against Valencia.

It is not believed that any of the senior trio are injured; instead, head coach Luis Enrique has opted to rest them.

Lionel Messi has been included, though, despite having been seen limping during the 2-1 win over Atletico Madrid at the weekend.

Barca have won the competition a record 27 times, which is four more than any other side.
