Paris Saint-Germain boss Thomas Tuchel says that midfielder Adrien Rabiot could leave the Parc des Princes before the end of August.

Paris Saint-Germain boss Thomas Tuchel has said that Adrien Rabiot may leave the Parc des Princes.

Rabiot played the full 90 minutes as PSG defeated Caen on Sunday evening, but the midfielder has been linked with an exit from the Ligue 1 champions with less than a year remaining on his contract.

The club's position with FFP means that a sale would likely take place this summer rather than potentially losing the player on a free in 2019, and Tuchel has suggested that the 23-year-old must make a decision.

Tuchel told reporters on Sunday: "It's not certain if Adrien stays at PSG. It all depends on him. For me he's a great player. He can grow even more and become a top player."

Barcelona allegedly hold an interest in signing the France international.
