Beginning their battle for a place in the 2023-24 Champions League group stage, Cypriot champions Aris Limassol made an almost perfect start last Wednesday, as they stormed into a three-goal lead by the half-time break.

Having kicked off the first leg as something of an unknown quantity at Champions League level, Aris have already showed they can make progress in this summer's qualifiers.
