Bayern Munich captain Philipp Lahm has said that he and his teammates are determined to win the Champions League this season.
The German champions will take on their Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund in the final at London's Wembley Stadium later this month.
"Week in, week out we soft-pedalled, entirely focused on our goals," he told Bild following Bayern's title celebrations at the weekend. "Thus we're in dire need of letting it rip and pushing everything else aside.
"We are young folks. Nobody has to worry we will not be able to rejuvenate and be in perfect shape for May 25. If our bodies cannot cope with one long night, something would be wrong.
"This is our goal, our dream - we should never lose focus. That would be careless. We don't need to talk about Dortmund. We don't need to sting them. We need to look at ourselves."
Bayern reached the final of the Champions League in 2010 and 2012 but lost on both occasions.
