Burnley winger Michael Kightly has claimed that the club's successful start to the season is down to the hard work put in on the training ground.
The Clarets moved three points clear at the top of the Championship last weekend when they beat Queens Park Rangers 2-0.
Kightly believes that manager Sean Dyche has created a good working atmosphere at the club.
"We knew it was going to be a tough game, and we couldn't have wished for a better result," Clubcall.com quotes Kightly as saying.
"Our number one rule is that we work hard and close people down and then the rest comes with it after that.
"We feel that if we play how we can play and deliver the work rate in every game that we can get points. We have got a confidence about us but we haven't got an over-confidence, thinking that we should get promoted."
Burnley travel to Millwall on Saturday.
