Duo to miss Leicester City's trip to Chelsea

Injuries rule Danny Drinkwater and Matty James out of Leicester City's away encounter at Chelsea.

Leicester City will have to make do without the services of midfielders Danny Drinkwater and Matty James for next weekend's clash away at Chelsea.

Drinkwater has picked up a hamstring complaint, while James suffered a leg injury during a recent training session.

"Danny's is a grade one [hamstring injury], so he'll be seven to 10 days, which is not too bad [and] Matty got a heavy knock on his shin and will be a couple of weeks," manager Nigel Pearson told the club's official website.

Pearson added, though, that both Marc Albrighton and Jamie Vardy will return to training shortly and could be included in the squad at Stamford Bridge.
