Jose Mourinho: 'I couldn't be happier with Cesc Fabregas'

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho reveals that he "couldn't be happier" with midfielder Cesc Fabregas as he prepares to face his former club on Sunday.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has praised the impact of midfielder Cesc Fabregas as the Spaniard prepares to face former club Arsenal on Sunday afternoon.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has stated that Fabregas wanted to return to the Emirates Stadium in the summer, but Mourinho has dismissed the Frenchman's claims by insisting that it's irrelevant now that the 27-year-old is playing his football at Stamford Bridge.

The 51-year-old told reporters: "Every game, no exception, he is playing well.

"I couldn't be happier since the moment that he decided to join. He's our player. That's what matters."

Fabregas is expected to start when the two London clubs face each other at the weekend.
