Chelsea boss Antonio Conte says it will become clearer whether he will stay on at Stamford Bridge once the 2017-18 campaign comes to an end later this month.

Antonio Conte has said that a decision over whether he will stay on as Chelsea manager will be made at the end of the season.

The Blues head into their final three games of the campaign - two in the Premier League and one in the FA Cup - with uncertainty still surrounding the future of Conte.

Wednesday evening's meeting with Huddersfield Town could be the 48-year-old's final match in charge at Stamford Bridge, amid reports that Maurizio Sarri and Leonardo Jardim have been lined up to take over from the summer.

Speaking on the eve of the home match against Huddersfield, Conte admitted that his future will become clearer in the next fortnight.

"I'm very focused on the present, to do the job in the best way for the players and the fans," he told reporters. "Our job is not simple, it's not easy. But I'm totally focused on the present.

"There are only two weeks and this season will finish and you will know if there is a different situation or not. If you see me again next season and we start again from the first game speculating about my future."

Chelsea can still finish in the Premier League's top four, but they require wins from their final two matches and must hope that either Tottenham Hotspur or Liverpool slip up.
