Barcelona to pounce for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku?

Barcelona reportedly consider a permanent move for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku when his season-long loan at Everton comes to an end.

Barcelona are reportedly considering a move for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku at the end of the season.

The Belgium international, who is currently on loan at Everton, has insisted on a number of occasions that he wants to prove his worth at Stamford Bridge.

However, there are doubts over his future with the Blues following manager Jose Mourinho's comments that the club will decide where Lukaku plays his football following his loan at Goodison Park.

It is understood that Barcelona are confident that they will be able to sign the forward on a permanent deal in the summer, according to A Bola.

Lukaku has netted eight goals for Everton since joining on transfer deadline day.
