Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley has reportedly become open to the idea of a move to Burnley in the January transfer window.
The Clarets caught eyes last week by allegedly declaring their interest in Barkley, who has been limited to one substitute appearance in the Premier League so far this season for the Blues.
According to Ekrem Konur, the Englishman is considering a move to Turf Moor in January after struggling for first-team opportunities in West London.
The reporter continues, saying the move would likely be a loan deal at this stage, after Barkley spent last season with Aston Villa.
The former Everton man made 24 appearances for Dean Smith's side, netting four goals and providing an assist, while his Chelsea record now stands at 11 goals and 11 assists in 89 outings.
