Inter Milan vice-president Javier Zanetti remains confident that Lautaro Martinez's future is at San Siro, despite speculation linking him with a move away.

Inter Milan vice-president Javier Zanetti has said that he is confident Lautaro Martinez's future remains at San Siro despite mounting speculation that he will leave this summer.

Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea are all understood to be interested in the 22-year-old, who has scored 16 goals in 31 appearances across all competitions.

Martinez's agent has hinted that his client would be interested in playing alongside Lionel Messi at Barcelona, but Zanetti insists that the Argentine is "happy" at the club.

"Right now we're not talking about the transfer market, the most important thing is health," Zanetti told ESPN.

"I see him happy at Inter, he's identifying himself with the club. We believed in him. I see his future at Inter."

Martinez has made 66 appearances for Inter since joining from Racing Club, scoring 25 goals.
