Crystal Palace and Sunderland have reportedly shown an interest in Marseille winger Morgan Amalfitano.
The 29-year-old spent last season in the Premier League on loan with West Bromwich Albion, but he has since returned to his parent club.
However, both Palace and Sunderland are keen to bring the one-capped France international back to England and they have prepared bids in the region of £1.5m for his services, according to L'Equipe.
The report adds, though, that Marseille coach Marcelo Bielsa is determined to keep hold of the attacker.
