Derby County have reportedly not made an approach to sign Michail Antonio, despite recent speculation suggesting a club-record bid had been placed.
It was reported on the weekend that the Rams had made a £5m move for the Nottingham Forest winger.
However, the Derby Telegraph claims that there is no truth in the transfer speculation, and no contact has been made between the local rivals over a potential switch for the 25-year-old.
Antonio, who has previously been linked with a move to West Bromwich Albion, played a full part for Forest in their 1-0 defeat against Brighton & Hove Albion last Friday.
Derby's current record-transfer signing is Tom Ince, who joined on a permanent deal from Hull City for £4.75m earlier this summer.
