England goalkeeper Joe Hart has criticised the dismissal of Wayne Rooney during England's 2-2 draw with Montenegro last night.
German referee Wolfgang Stark dismissed Rooney in the second half after the Manchester United forward kicked out at Miodrag Dzudovic.
However, Hart has slammed the decision, describing it as "the most pathetic sending-off [he's] seen in [his] life".
"I saw it all. It was pretty pathetic. It was supposedly a kick but it was pathetic," he explained.
With the point, England qualified for this summer's European Championships, but Rooney will miss the beginning of the campaign through suspension.
