Everton's Marouane Fellaini out for three weeks?

The Belgian FA's website claims that Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini has been sidelined for three weeks although there has been no confirmation from the Toffees.

The Belgian Football Association have claimed that Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini has been sidelined for three weeks after picking up an injury in the Toffees' 2-2 draw at Wigan Athletic on Saturday.

Everton have yet to confirm Fellaini's problem and their official site says that the in-form midfielder reported for international duty as normal this week.

If the 24-year-old is out for the suggested period then he would miss the Red Devils' upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Serbia and Scotland as well as possibly the Everton matches against Queens Park Rangers and Liverpool.

The Belgian FA's website also claims that Everton have consented for Fellaini to recover in Belgium.
