Reading have reignited their interest in former Fulham striker Mladen Petric, according to a report.
The 32-year-old failed to earn an extension to his one-year deal at Craven Cottage and is once again available on a free transfer.
Petric made just nine starts during his time in West London, managing only five goals, but the Daily Mail believes that Royals boss Nigel Adkins is keen on recruiting him to the Madejski Stadium.
The Croatian international arrived in the Premier League on a free transfer from Hamburger SV, where he had spent the previous four years.
