The Championship's lowest scorers had a chance in the opening 20 minutes, but the effort was headed straight to Lee Camp.

The Forest stopper could have been sent off shortly after, when he handled the ball outside the area, but was let off with a yellow card.

St Etienne loanee Guirane N'Daw put the home side ahead on the half-hour mark with his first goal for the club.

If other results remain the same, a win for Ipswich would move them out of the relegation zone.
