Austrian energy drinks company Red Bull have reportedly stepped up their interest in purchasing Leeds United after Massimo Cellino was disqualified from owning the Championship club.
The company is said to have held talks with the Italian businessman at the end of October, but they publicly stated last month that they were not interested in buying a stake in the club.
However, following the Football League's decision to disqualify Cellino due to his tax evasion controversy in Italy, Red Bull are planning to hold further talks with the businessman, according to the Daily Star.
Cellino, who is determined to remain in charge, has two weeks to appeal against the ruling.
