Manchester City's Samir Nasri has said that he can understand Liverpool's use of a club psychiatrist.
The impact of Dr Steve Peters has been regularly talked up by the likes of Steven Gerrard, Raheem Sterling and Daniel Sturridge.
Speaking to Sky Sports News, Nasri said: "I can understand why Liverpool have a psychiatrist, they haven't won the league since 1990.
"They have a young squad, and if they have someone who can help them that they then it is good for them."
City travel to Everton this evening.
