West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis is reportedly trying to land veteran striker Rickie Lambert from Liverpool.
Pulis is thought to be seeking to add to his striking options this summer, and The Mirror suggests that Albion could land Lambert should Liverpool complete a deal for Aston Villa's Christian Benteke this summer.
The same report states that Liverpool and Lambert could discuss the striker's future once the club's pre-season tour is over.
The Baggies are also thought to be considering a move for current free agent and former West Ham United frontman Carlton Cole.
