Liverpool forward Daniel Sturridge is reportedly considering a possible switch to the MLS.
Sturridge has just moved past six years at Anfield, but the 29-year-old now has just six months remaining on his contract with the Merseyside giants.
A fresh contract could potentially be offered to the England international, but according to The Sun, the player has already started to look at other options.
The report claims that a number of teams from the United States are interested in signing Sturridge on a free transfer, and talks are able to commence immediately regarding a move later in 2019.
Sturridge is also likely to receive approaches from clubs competing in Europe, but moving to the MLS may present him with more first-team opportunities with just six starts having been made this season.
