Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane expects "very difficult semi-final"

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane claims that his team's Champions League semi-final against Manchester City will be "very difficult".

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has insisted that his team will need to be at their best to overcome Manchester City in the semi-finals of the Champions League.

On Friday, Real and City were paired together in the final four, with Bayern Munich drawn alongside Atletico Madrid.

The Madrid giants will enter the semi-final as the favourites to progress, but Zidane has claimed that his team must prepare for "two tough matches" against Manuel Pellegrini's outfit.

"It's a very difficult semi-final. The only positive thing is that we play the second leg at home. I see two tough matches, which both teams will dispute fully," Zidane told reporters.

Man City will welcome Real Madrid for the first leg on either April 26 or April 27, before travelling to the Bernabeu for the second leg on either May 3 or 4.
