Pep Guardiola has heaped praise on Kevin De Bruyne, describing the Manchester City midfielder as "one of the best" he has ever seen in action.
The 26-year-old has been in inspired form for the Citizens in the early stages of the 2017-18 campaign, bagging three assists in his last two outings.
One of those came in the 4-0 Champions League win over Feyenoord on Wednesday evening when De Bruyne was allowed to pull the strings from deep, leaving Guardiola in no doubt about the Belgium international's all-star quality.
"Kevin is one of the best players I've ever seen in my life in terms of he can make absolutely everything," he told reporters. "He's a top, top quality player. We are so proud and so happy he's with us."
De Bruyne registered the most assists in the Premier League last season with 18, three ahead of closest challenger Christian Eriksen.
