Manchester United's Marcos Rojo confirms one-month absence with shoulder problem

Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo reveals that he will be on the sidelines for a month after dislocating his shoulder.

Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo has revealed that he will miss three to four weeks of action after dislocating his shoulder.

The Argentina international was rumoured to have been handed a three-month layoff, but manager Louis van Gaal recently rejected those suggestions by confirming that Rojo doesn't need surgery.

Now, Rojo himself has been speaking about his injury woes by telling Telam: "The truth is I am very happy because I ended up not having surgery of the shoulder, but yes, I work hard to strengthen the affected area. For now I will not be able to return to play for another three or four weeks."

Rojo is expected to be sidelined for Premier League fixtures against Arsenal, Hull City, Stoke City and Southampton and could also be a doubt for the visit of arch rivals Liverpool to Old Trafford on December 14.
