Sam Allardyce hopes West Ham United can cause Manchester United "problems"

Sam Allardyce is hopeful that his West Ham United team can cause Manchester United "problems" when they host Louis van Gaal's side on Sunday.

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce is hopeful that his team will cause Manchester United a "few problems" when they go head to head at Upton Park on Sunday.

The Hammers reside seven points below Louis van Gaal's side in the Premier League table and suffered a 2-1 loss at Old Trafford in the first half of the season.

"Man United have had some very good results recently and the beauty of them is the goalscoring ability in their squad," Allardyce told reporters in this morning's press conference.

"Our aim is to limit that as much as possible. We need to be tactically astute and try to cause them a few problems."

United have lost just once in 13 league games.
