Ryan Giggs has backed Manchester United winger Alexis Sanchez to improve at the club, labelling him a "top, top player".
The Chilean international has scored just one goal for United since moving to Old Trafford, with his strike coming in a 2-0 Premier League win over Huddersfield Town.
Wales manager Giggs has said that Sanchez's United teammates are still adapting to his style of play, with the former Red Devil backing the winger to flourish under Jose Mourinho.
"He's a top player, he's scored one goal so far so I'm sure he'd want to do better than that," Giggs told reporters.
"I think his team-mates are still trying to find out what he likes, what he doesn't like, you know the dynamics of the team.
"Sometimes players fit straight away, sometimes it takes a bit of time. I don't think anyone should be worried about Alexis Sanchez, he's a top, top player."
United's next fixture is a trip to Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
