Borussia Dortmund manager Lucien Favre has confirmed that he does not know if Jadon Sancho will remain at the Westfalenstadion beyond the end of the season.
The 20-year-old continues to be linked with a big-money move to Manchester United after a highly impressive Bundesliga campaign, with Sancho registering 17 goals and 17 assists for Dortmund as they lie second in the table.
However, Favre has admitted that the Englishman's future is still up in the air ahead of the summer transfer window, and it also remains to be seen whether or not the Bundesliga outfit will be able to secure a permanent deal for Achraf Hakimi.
"We will see after the season. Of course, players will leave. We hope the players will stay, but it is possible that players will leave," Favre said in quotes attributed to The Mirror.
"You have already mentioned two (Hakimi and Sancho) that we don't definitely know about.
"Of course, they could stay with us, which would be very good for me. But we'll see what we'll do, whether it's in defence, midfield or attack."
Hakimi, who is enjoying his second season on loan at Dortmund from Real Madrid, is reportedly a target for Manchester City ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
