Hull City will reportedly receive a windfall payment of £9.45m following Harry Maguire's £80m move to Manchester United from Leicester City this summer.
It was confirmed on Friday that United and Leicester had agreed on a transfer fee of £80m for Maguire, making the 26-year-old the most expensive defender of all time.
Hull agreed a 15% sell-on fee when Leicester signed Maguire for £17m two years ago, which means that the Championship club receive 15% of any profit made by the Foxes.
According to Hull Live, the defender's £80m move to Old Trafford means that Hull will receive a healthy windfall payment of £9.45m.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed that Maguire's move was a done deal on Saturday night and noted that he wanted the Englishman to be in United's starting XI against Chelsea next weekend.
Leicester have reportedly identified Watford defender Christian Kabasele as a potential replacement for Maguire this summer.
