Manchester United are reportedly set to do battle with Liverpool and Real Madrid for the signing of Lille striker Victor Osimhen.
The 21-year-old has enjoyed a stellar campaign for the French side during the 2019-20 season, registering 13 goals in 27 Ligue 1 outings.
Liverpool have been linked with a move for the Nigeria international recently, and according to Le 10 Sport, United have joined the race to sign the highly-rated forward.
The report claims that the Red Devils are keen to bolster their attacking options ahead of next season and are scouting a number of targets should they fail to land Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho.
It has recently been suggested that Osimhen's compatriot Odion Ighalo could stay at Old Trafford on a permanent basis once his loan deal expires, as the Red Devils reportedly face competition from Los Blancos for Osimhen.
The Nigerian's current contract at Lille will run until the end of the 2023-24 season.
