Eduardo Camavinga has revealed that he is open to signing a new contract with Rennes despite being strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid.
The 18-year-old is thought to be a leading transfer target for Los Blancos, who could allegedly have signed him last summer had the coronavirus outbreak not occurred.
Zinedine Zidane's side are expected to make another move for the France international this year, but the youngster has said that he is "100% focused" on Rennes and could sign a new deal with the Ligue 1 side.
"My change of agent (Jonathan Barnett)? These are things that happen, we shouldn't focus on that. I have faith in my parents quite simply," Get Football News France quotes Camavinga as saying.
"Could I sign an extension? Yes. Do I want to? Yes. What is holding it up? I do not know, there are negotiations. If you want to talk about that, there is my father... It is you, the journalists, who have been talking about me leaving, but I am 100% focused on the club."
Camavinga, who has a contract with Rennes until June 2022, has scored once and provided two assists in 23 appearances at club level during the current season.
Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and Bayern Munich are also said to be admirers.
