Grant Holt says that he is not worried by his recent goal drought for Norwich City.

Norwich City striker Grant Holt has insisted that he is not concerned by his recent drought in front of goal.

The Canaries skipper hasn't found the back of the net since early December, and has only scored four times for the club this season.

Manager Chris Hughton recruited Leeds United forward Luciano Becchio on transfer deadline day to help bolster the side's attacking firepower, but Holt is adamant that his only concern is keeping Norwich in the Premier League.

"Everyone is aware I have to adapt the way I have played this year with the new manager and maybe not getting as many chances as I like, but you have to get on with it," said Holt.

"It is never about me, or how many goals I score, it's what I do for the team. You have to do a job which the manager and the team is asking you to do, it is a lot more isolated than I want, but you get on with it.

"The lads know what I do for the team and I am happy with that. It doesn't bother me who the manager brings in. As long as we stay up, that is the main aim. People come and go at this club but, for some reason, I am still here so I must be doing something right. I have just to continue doing what I do."

Holt scored 17 goals in his debut Premier League campaign last year.
