Chris Hughton bemoans poor finishing

Chris Hughton rues another match where his Norwich City miss a number of goalscoring opportunities.

Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has admitted that he was frustrated after watching his side lose 1-0 away at Newcastle United this afternoon.

The Canaries created a number of chances against their hosts but they were unable to breach Steve Harper's net.

Having seen his side score only two goals in the Premier League so far this season, Hughton expressed his unhappiness at the current situation.

"It's another frustrating one for us," he told reporters. "I've got a team that put in a really decent shift today but we haven't taken our chances.

"We stuck in there and created some of the best chances of the game, such as the one for [Andrew] Surman. Not getting anything is frustrating."

The loss has left Hughton's team 17th in the Premier League table.
