Matty Fryatt has reportedly opened talks with Nottingham Forest regarding a free transfer after rejecting a new deal at Hull City.
Tigers manager Steve Bruce has previously stated an intention to keep Fryatt after his contract expired at the end of the season.
However, according to Sky Sports News, Forest have made their interest known in the forward, who is said to have turned down fresh terms at the KC Stadium last week.
Fryatt joined Hull from Leicester City in 2011.
