Michael Bostwick has agreed a new contract with League One side Peterborough United.
The 26-year-old, who joined Posh from Stevenage three years ago, has committed himself to London Road until the summer of 2018.
Speaking to the club's official website, the midfielder said: "I love playing for this football club and I am delighted that everything is sorted out with regards to my future.
"I have really enjoyed my time here and I didn't want to be going anywhere else. I am really enjoying my football and I am excited about what lies ahead."
Chairman Darragh MacAnthony added: "This was one of the easiest contract negotiations I have ever been involved in.
"Michael just wants to play football. He is settled in the area, loves playing for this football club and we are delighted."
Bostwick has scored 12 goals in 126 starts for the Cambridgeshire-based outfit.
