New deals for Real Madrid full-backs?

A report in Spain claims that Dani Carvajal and Marcelo will receive new contracts from Real Madrid.

Real Madrid are reportedly keen to tie Dani Carvajal and Marcelo down to new contracts.

At present, right-back Carvajal's deal at the Bernabeu is not due to expire until the summer of 2019, but Los Blancos are prepared to extend that by a further 12 months, according to AS.

As for Marcelo, the report adds that Madrid hope the Brazilian left-back will accept new terms that run until 2021.

The defensive duo made a combined total of 95 appearances in all competitions last season.
