Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has reportedly given Carlo Ancelotti the green light to make a summer move for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez.
The Uruguayan, who is racing to be fit for the World Cup in Brazil next week, has been heavily linked with a switch to the Bernabeu, despite recently signing a new contract at Anfield.
According to Spanish newspaper Marca, Perez is prepared to give funds to Ancelotti should the Champions League-winning coach decide that he wants the prolific forward.
Despite constant speculation over Suarez's future, recent reports have claimed that the 27-year-old is happy to stay at Liverpool after the club qualified for the Champions League last season.
