Barcelona forward Luis Suarez has played down suggestions that Neymar could make the move to Real Madrid.

Suarez played alongside Neymar at Barcelona before the Brazilian joined Paris Saint-Germain in a world-record deal ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

Although it has been claimed in various quarters that Neymar will eventually join Real Madrid after a spell with PSG, Suarez is finding it hard to believe that the attacker would pitch up at the Bernabeu.

"Not at all. Honestly, I don't see it. I know what Neymar is like and the admiration he had for Barcelona and his teammates. I don't see him now going to play for Real Madrid," Marca quotes Suarez as saying.

Neymar has scored 15 times in 17 appearances for PSG this season.
