Sports Mole looks ahead to Saturday's Premier League clash between Southampton and West Ham United.

Southampton will be looking to move closer to securing Premier League safety when they host West Ham United at St Mary's Stadium.

Mauricio Pochettino's side have won their last three games to move up to 11th place in the table, six points clear of the drop zone.

West Ham United sit one place behind Southampton on goal difference after earning a credible 0-0 draw away to Liverpool last weekend.

West Ham boss Sam Allardyce could recall on-loan striker Andy Carroll to the Hammers' lineup in place of Carlton Cole, after Carroll missed the draw at Anfield against his parent club.

Pochettino could stick with the same XI which beat relegation rivals Reading 2-0 last week.
