Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has expressed his delight at the return to fitness of defender Younes Kaboul.
The 27-year-old has not played a first-team match since the opening day of last season due to a troublesome knee problem.
However, he has now recovered from the injury and has been fully involved in pre-season training this summer.
"It's great for Younes after a year out to come back to training and have double sessions with no problems," Villas-Boas told Spurs' official website.
Tottenham begin their friendly schedule with a trip to Swindon Town on Sunday evening.
