Tottenham Hotspur make three changes to their starting lineup for their game against Stoke City this afternoon.

Emmanuel Adebayor has been named in Tottenham Hotspur's starting lineup for their trip to the Britannia Stadium to face Stoke City this afternoon.

The Togo striker comes in for Jermain Defoe, while Scott Parker is preferred to Moussa Dembele and Steven Caulker replaces Benoit Assou-Ekotto.

Meanwhile, Tony Pulis has made just one change to the side that drew with Sunderland last weekend.

Matthew Etherington comes into the Potters' midfield, while Cameron Jerome misses out, leaving Peter Crouch and Jonathan Walters up front.

Stoke: Begovic, Huth, Wilson, Shawcross, Shotton, Nzonzi, Adam, Whitehead, Etherington, Crouch, Walters

Tottenham: Lloris, Vertonghen, Dawson, Walker, Caulker, Dempsey, Huddlestone, Lennon, Bale, Parker, Adebayor
