Norwich City manager Daniel Farke has confirmed that Ben Gibson will join the Canaries next season on a permanent deal from Burnley.
Gibson has been a vital player in helping lead Norwich to gain promotion back to the Premier League this season, since joining the club on loan from Burnley.
When asked by reporters about Gibson's future, Farke confirmed that the defender "will be with us next season", with the loan deal for the centre-back becoming permanent for around £8.5m.
Another key loanee this season has been Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Oliver Skipp, who Farke confirmed that he would like to keep next season.
"We were grateful and thankful he was allowed to help us. But we fully accept he is a Tottenham player and it is not in our hands what happens with his future. We will see. Our talks with them are always good," he added.
"We head to the Premier League in a much stronger position to try to become a permanent member. We have a few players with Premier League experience and we are capable of investing more than two years ago."
The Canaries are at home to second-placed Watford on Tuesday evening, with a win guaranteeing them the title.
