Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are both reportedly interested in signing Algerian international midfielder Yacine Brahimi from Granada this summer.
El Grana signed the 24-year-old on a permanent contract from Rennes last summer, with the midfielder penning a four-year contract.
However, according to Inside Spanish Football, Brahimi has a release clause in the region of £12m, which has attracted the attention of Tottenham and Everton.
While Granada are not keen on losing one of their key players, any sale would produce a hefty profit on the £3m they paid last summer.
