Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly upped their efforts to sign Fenerbahce forward Vedat Muriqi.
Despite being heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in January, Muriqi ultimately remained with the Turkish giants.
However, that has not stopped speculation regarding the Kosovo international, who is continuing to attract interest from a number of clubs in England.
While West Bromwich Albion are the latest team to become admirers of the target man, A Spor says that Spurs have made an official bid for the 26-year-old.
Although Fenerbahce are said to want in the region of £22m, Spurs have allegedly offered just £4.5m ahead of the next transfer window.
With the player having scored 15 goals this season and possessing a contract until 2023, Spurs are not expected to have their opening bid accepted by Fenerbahce.
